Our aim is to provide professional consultation in terms of selecting the best possible option for funds placement all over the world. Our specialists receive more than 500 property offers from the world leading realtors every day.

Our clients are residents of Russia and CIS countries who were supplied by our specialists with appropriate investment variants due to their requirements and financial abilities.


The company was founded in Kemerovo in 2014 in order to provide assistance in investment property selection in foreign countries.

Since 2014 our team has expanded with a Foreign Partner Relations Department and International Law and Taxation Division.

Our first clients were long-established investors from Kemerovo and Novosibirsk region with whom we used to work at the local market. In 2015 we opened a Client Relations Department in order to provide expeditious consultations in other cities by specialists quick visit to a current residence place of a potential investor. Nowadays we work not only with Russian residents but Kazakhstan citizens as well. Since the second half of 2016 we have been organizing representative offices in Russian and CIS cities and by the end of 2017 our company comprises 24 of them.

Foreign commercial real estate is still a key focus for the company Experto IG. In 2018 cooperation with foreign companies around the world significantly expanded and strengthened. For example, as a result of business trips to Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria, exclusive contracts were concluded for representation in Russia, and a permanent representative office was opened in Germany. The total number of partners by the end of 2018 is about 500.

The beginning of 2019 saw an inrease in the interaction of Experto specialists with partners in the United Arab Emirates. Because of no annual property and income taxes in the UAE, today Dubai attracts more and more investors from all around the world.

We are constantly improving our relations with foreign partners. That is why at the beginning of the year an another business trip to the UAE was organized for Experto managers to meet with real estate specialists, update a catalog of properties and study changes in the specifics of the real estate market.

Top target of Experto IG is to ensure that no client is left without interesting offers. By the end of the first half of 2019, the number of real estate properties in our worldwide database, including off-market offers, exceeded 5,000.
